A quick hello — I’m Cassie 💛
I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist and infant feeding coach, but I’m also a mom who has been right where you are.
When it was time to start feeding solids with my first baby, I was:

Deep in postpartum depression

Completely overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice online
I remember sitting there thinking, “Just tell me exactly what to feed her and how.”
I Googled. I scrolled. I asked around.
But everything I found was either super vague, super extreme, or just didn’t feel safe.
Then I remembered:
This is literally what I went to school for.
I went back to my notes and textbooks and found an evidence-based, step-by-step plan for feeding my baby solids safely.
And I was honestly shocked by how different it was from a lot of the advice being shared online.
That plan became the foundation of how I fed my own baby — and now it’s what I use to help other moms feel calmer, safer, and more confident starting solids, too.
